In making calls, we tested both handset call and head set calls. From the perspective of a caller, there was full clarity with both devices. With the DECT 6 technology, it was so clear and crisp that it was like being face to face. When the person on the other side was asked about the sound quality and transmission clarity, the response was the same. They truly thought I was on a corded phone....
