With the VTech system, I can answer my cell phone through the handset so I will never lose a call. It is almost impossible to lose the call since my cell phone is charging where the reception is the best! Plus, I can still receive calls from my home number as well.
It is a plus to be able to use two cell phones through Bluetooth and one land line on the VTech system. Since we have two cell phones and a land line, it works perfectly for us. It also come with two bases so one lives in our living room and one in our back room. With a land line in the bedroom, we have great coverage all over the house.

Well I have a solution to the call drops and bad cell reception. VTech Connect to Cell cordless phone system. This has been a life saver in our house! It's really simple to use. You place the base unit of your VTech cordless phone in an area of the home that has the best cell reception. From there you can program your new VTech cordless phone to your cell phone so that your cordless phone rings every time your cell phone rings.

There is nothing worse than having a great conversation and then losing the call because you hit a dead spot in your house that has bad cell service. This has happened to me countless times at my house and it is the most annoying thing ever.
I have been on important conference calls only to have them disconnected. VTech has eliminated this problem by creating the Connect to Cell™ phone system.

I missed the convenience of a land line when people called us on our cells. Usually I would forget to charge my phone or miss the call because it was lying in the bottom of my purse. That's when I heard about the Vtech Connect to Cell that allows me to hook my cell phone to my landline phone.

My husband's favorite feature of the phone is the wireless BLUETOOTH® headset that he used while conference calling and accessing files on his computer. His only note of advice, if you're picking up another call on a different phone that's not connected to the VTech phone system, be sure to mute both the in-use system phone and the headset. Muting one is not inclusive of the other. In-other-words, it's not a good idea to mute the phone while wearing the headset during a conference call, to take a personal call on another phone.

Now, when my cell phone rings, I can answer it on the telephone base or the additional handset. I can also receive calls from my landline on it, so I really don't even need a regular phone. This makes it so convenient to received calls on your home phone or cell phone! It will even store my phonebook from my cell phone, on the telephone base. You can even have all your special ringtones, from your cell phone on this awesome phone! It even has an intercom! I just love the VTech Connect to Cell Phone and I would highly recommend it!

The Vtech 2 Handset Connect to Cell Answering System with Cordless Headset is the answer to my problem. Now I can have a hands free landline and/or cellular conversation anywhere in the house. This system includes a DECT 6.0 Cordless headset that lets you make and receive both landline AND cellular calls. It also includes a digital answering system and a full duplex handset speakerphone. What does that mean? It means I can take both cell phone calls and landline calls from this one phone using a cordless headset! No more trying to balance the phone while you work. No more running around trying to figure out exactly where your phone is when it rings. No more dead spots in the house where your cell phone won't work.
How did I ever live without a hands free cordless phone? Juggling multiple responsibilities just got so much easier. I love being able to have both hands free while I'm on the phone. While I cherish our particular VTech phone system, I also understand its extensive technology and wide variety of features many not be suitable for everyone. I know for a fact that my 80 year old grandfather would prefer a phone without so many bells and whistles, while families residing in a smaller home or apartment may not have the need for multiple handsets. Not to worry because VTech certainly has something for everyone!
