VTech is committed to keeping electronics out of landfills. Environmental Handling Fees (EHFs) cover the cost associated with the safe and responsible recycling of end-of-life electronics. EHFs are administered by provincially approved recycling programs and are not government taxes. For more information please select your province below.
Open Box items will qualify for an EHF because the product hasn't entered the consumer market for use. Refurbished products will not qualify for an EHF, because their useful life is being expanded under the reuse concept of the 3R's (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle).
