VTech US distribution center celebrates five year accident-free milestone

San Antonio Facility Breaks its Safety Record, Operates Well Below National Industry Average for Annual Accidents

BEAVERTON, Ore., June 5, 2013 – On Thursday, employees at VTech® Communications, Inc.'s San Antonio distribution center will achieve five years without a recordable accident (including stitches, prescriptions, broken bones or work restrictions) or lost work time. VTech Communications, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of VTech Holdings Ltd. (HKSE: 303), is the largest U.S. cordless phone manufacturer and an industry leader that delivers full-featured products at accessible prices. The San Antonio site averages 8,500 shipments per week across the company's phone, toys and baby monitor product lines. It is the VTech’s only U.S. distribution facility.
