Our Recruitment and Interview Process
Our recruitment process is simple. Email your resume following the instructions given on each of our position's descriptions, and we will acknowledge your application via email.
The hiring team will review your application within one week of submission, and if your qualifications match our requirements, we will contact you to arrange a meeting, or a telephone conversation. There is no need to follow up on your application because if your skills are not what we are currently seeking, we will retain your resume for 12 months. During this period, whenever new postings become available, we will continue to review your resume in the event your skills are a match.
Our Interview
We recognize that you are interviewing us as a potential match for your career goals, as much as we are meeting with you to determine a fit for our team. You can expect between 2-3 meetings at which time you will be given realistic job previews of what makes the position appealing, and possibly aspects of the role that may not meet your expectations. After all, we want long-term teammates joining us, and want to ensure that you receive a clear picture of what it is like to create in our fast-moving organization!
You will be asked questions that will help us understand your previous work projects. Specifics such as technical assignments and the cultural environment where you were at your best will be some of the areas covered. In short, our questions cover both the hard and soft sides of your experience.
Post Interview
We know that you are probably juggling several job offers, so we will make quick hiring decisions.
